Starting Home Care
Both our Director and Client Coordinator personally come to visit our potential new clients and provide free in-home assessment. This provides us with a clear understanding of your current personal situation, home, lifestyle and personality. We work together to develop a detailed care plan and match caregivers to the client’s specific needs.
Once paperwork is complete, we provide a web-based portal where family can access their weekly calendar, caregiver shift notes and invoicing details. If requested, this portal is also accessible by doctors (with the client’s authorization). This portal helps doctors and family look for any unusual conditions and act quickly.
With our fast-paced lifestyles and perhaps with the whole family working long hours, a loving and talented care management team and caregivers in the home can make all the difference in the world. By joining our agency, you also get the support of the office staff. Many of our clients children live across the county or overseas and feel at ease that our office staff manage your loved ones caregivers, read their shift notes daily (and report back if there are any red flags!) and work on call, so in the case of an emergency, you don’t get a third party answering service who does isn’t versed on your specific situation.
