Caregiver Appreciation
If it weren’t for our aides, we would not be here. Being a caregiver takes a very special person to do the work that our aides do, everyday. We try to recognize our aides as much as possible, as they go above and beyond for our clients.
Caregiver of the Month Program
Every month, we recognize two deserving caregivers who go above and beyond the call of duty. We allocate one to an aide who has been with SVNA for over 6 months and the other to an aide who has been employed for less than 6 months.

Caregiver Appreciation Fund
We have a company policy of no gratuities or tips, primarily because some clients are able to “tip” and others may not be able to be. With that, we have a caregiver appreciation fund that any client or community member is welcome to donate to. With this fund, we have hosted parties for our aides, purchased gift cards for gas, Amazon and local restaurants and have done “random” give aways in moments where we are at our busiest.
